It is not uncommon for a package to be not scanned until delivered and showing "Label created" or sent to USPS. Please allow an appropriate amount of time for this to update and be delivered to you.
We offer Route Shipping Package Protection if a package is lost, damaged or stolen, can be utilized to have the items replaced or refunded within 1-3 hours of submitting a claim to Route. https://route.com/ We recommend downloading the app to follow your live tracking service also provided.
All claims for lost, stolen, damaged packages will go through this service, please contact Route directly to file a claim. They will contact us and have it resolved.
