- Orders are fulfilled by our warehouse team in the order that they are received
- Ready to ship items are typically sent out within 1-5 business days. Many orders ship next day, but others may take the full 5 business days. Please allow us the full 5 business days before inquiring on shipping.
- Turn around time for custom graphic tees and shirts will vary. Please refer to the item listing for specific TAT for that item.
- Shipping times for all Pre-Order items will vary. An estimated ship date will be listed on all Pre-Order items on the website. Reminder this is an estimate- we do our absolute best to estimate, these may be subject to change. We do our best to keep you updated on on preorder ETA updates. If you have a specific ETA question, please message us on our chat service M-F 9am-5pm for support.
- Shipments for a single order will not be split unless explicitly requested and separate shipping is paid. As such we request that you do not mix Pre-Order items with RTS items in the same order (please place separate orders for RTS and Pre-Orders)
- We offer Route Shipping service to ensure you have insurance available on packages in case of damage or a lost package. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages if you choose to forego any use of Route Shipping. Route.com Please contact Route directly to submit a claim for a lost or damaged package and they will review the claim within 3 hours and submit to us to resend or they will process a refund to you.
- If a package is still in transit or arriving late, please head to UPS, USPS Or Fedex's website to add your contact information to the package. 95% of the time this will get the package moving again.

Pricing and Minimums
- Please follow the listed suggested retail price for all items
- In general, the suggested retail price will be 2X the wholesale price for that item
- Sales and discounts on items are not allowed unless the inventory has aged more than 30 days since the time the product was received
- We reserve the right to inspect pricing on your website to ensure pricing rules and minimums are being followed
- Black Label Bizzy's Items may have a MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) Required.
- Failure to follow the pricing and minimums set forth may result in your account being temporarily or permanently suspended
Minimum Order Quantity Requirements (MOQ)
- All RTS and Preorder products will have minimum order quantity requirements
- RTS/Preorder: 4 pieces MINIMUM per product listing. You can mix any combination of sizes and colors within the same listing.
- NO MINIMUMS on Graphic Tees! - This is a New Change! Whoo hoo!
- Certain products may have alternative MOQ requirements. If the MOQ is different, it will be noted on that product
- Orders that are submitted that do not follow these requirements will be subject to cancelation
- We gladly accept returns for damaged or defective items. We will provide an exchange for the damaged / defective item, or a refund will be issued if a replacement is not available.
- Claims for any damaged or missing items must be submitted via email to firstname.lastname@example.org or to our chat service on our website within 3 days upon receiving the merchandise. Please include a photo, invoice number and information about the damaged item including size. We will do our absolute best to help you provide an alternative option for the damaged item with an acceptable replacement.
- Returns for non-damaged or defective items is allowed, and is subject to a 20% restocking fee, shipping fees will not be refunded.
- Refunds will not occur until the item is received and inspected by our team. Packages must be post marked for a refund to be approved within 5 business days of receiving the package. ( Please remember to contact us within the first 3 business days for approval to return. we know you are busy, so we are allowing 2 additional business days to ship the package back to us.) If you'd like us to provide you a label, we can do this for you, you and the cost will be deducted from your refund. Absolutely no returns will be accept without written written authorization.
- Exchange of Sizes: If you'd like to exchange sizes for a customer on a preorder item, we are happy to do this for you if we have the size or color available for you. We want them to love the item and have it fit well! If we do not have the same size or color, we will do our best to help you find a suitable exchange. You are responsible for the cost to ship to you and to return the exchange. If you'd like to save on shipping and have us combine the exchanged item with an upcoming shipment, we are happy to help you with this request. Please request this when submitting a request for an exchange.
- Store Credit: Returns are accepted for store credit within 10 days Sunday-Saturday of receiving them for store credit and avoid any restocking fees. Credits never expire and you are able to use at any time. Items must be postmarked to us within the 10 days to receive a store credit. Store credits never expire and are able to be used at any time. Absolutely no returns will be accept without written authorization.
- Should a pre-order need to be cancelled, please send an email to email@example.com or message us on our chat service on our website within 3 business days of placing the order to request a cancelation. Canceling a preorder after this time period will result in a 20% fee that will be withheld from the refund amount. Should canceling of a preorder occur three times within a six month period, your account will be subject to temporary or permanent suspension.
Media and Photography Policy
- As an authorized Bizzy's retailer, you are given permission to utilize any of Bizzy's Wholesale product photos including flat lays, stock images, and model pictures so long as a watermark is added to the image
- Watermarks should consist of your logo or business name and should be easily legible on top of the photograph

- This policy has been put in place to protect our brand as well as the integrity of your brand and business as it discourages theft of intellectual property and copyrighted design.
- Failure to include a watermark on distributed images may result in your wholesale account being temporarily or permanently suspended
